গিয়াস উদ্দিন সরদার || চলনবিল প্রতিনিধি পাবনার ভাঙ্গুড়ায় সরকারি সার কালোবাজারে বিক্রির অভিযোগে বিসিআইসি ডিলার সেলিম হোসেন কে ১০ হাজার টাকা জরিমানা করেছেন ভ্রাম্যমাণ আদালত। মঙ্গলবার (১১ নভেম্বর) দুপুরে উপজেলার দিয়ার পাড়া গ্রামে এ অভিযান পরিচালিত হয়। স্থানীয় সূত্রে জানা যায়, সরকারি বরাদ্দের সার গোপনে চাটমোহরে পাচারের চেষ্টা করছিলেন ওই ডিলার। ভ্যানযোগে সার পরিবহনের সময় স্থানীয় জনতা বিষয়টি টের পেয়ে গাড়ি আট কে পুলিশে খবর দেন। পরে পুলিশ ঘটনাস্থলে গিয়ে সার সহ গাড়িটি আটক করে। অভিযান পরিচালনা করেন উপজেলা সহকারী কমিশনার (ভূমি) ও নির্বাহী ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট মোঃ মিজানুর রহমান। তিনি বলেন,“সার (ব্যবস্থাপনা) আইন, ২০০৬-এর ১২(৩) ধারা অনুযায়ী ডিলার কে ১০ হাজার…
